The Middle Temple has a long history dating back centuries, and over the years has been entrusted with the care of its historic buildings and a large collection of rare and historic paintings, manuscripts, and artefacts. It is our duty to preserve, restore and protect this rich heritage for future generations, and we count on our Friends to help us keep this commitment.
Integrity:
A key function of the Inn is to uphold the integrity of the Law, ensuring that people from all walks of life are represented to promote a fair and just legal system. Friends help us to achieve this by contributing to scholarships and education, making the dream of becoming a Barrister accessible to all.
Philanthropy:
The newly-established Middle Temple Charity gives people with a connection to the Inn a way of supporting its mission and values. By becoming a Friend, you will play a vital role in protecting the heritage of the Inn, contributing to our education programmes and creating a more diverse Bar.
